PIPE & FITTINGS

ALL PIPE IS NOT CREATED EQUALLY

Reliable welded stainless-steel pipe and fittings.

At Douglas Barwick, we manufacture industrial pipe and fittings in welded stainless-steel and specialty alloys for demanding process industries across North America. Manufactured in Canada, our products are engineered for long service life, dependable performance, and consistent quality you can trust.

Process piping systems are critical to your plant’s continuous operations. A single component failure can compromise system integrity and lead to costly, unplanned downtime. We manufacture every run to eliminate operational risk and keep your facility moving.

Our pipes and fittings are fabricated using proven manufacturing processes, qualified welding procedures, and rigorous quality control. Every production lot of pipe undergoes tensile and bend testing, while products are pickled and passivated to ASTM A380 to help maximize corrosion resistance and maintain clean, durable surfaces. Material traceability is maintained through original mill certificates for complete confidence in product quality.
