What kind of pipe spools can we build?

Douglas Barwick manufactures custom pipe spools from 1½” to 48″ in diameter using stainless steel and specialty alloys.

Pipe spools can be fabricated from straight pipe, elbows, reducers, tees, laterals, wyes, flanges, stub ends, collars, caps, couplings, and other custom components, all assembled to customer drawings and project specifications. Spools are available in 304L, 316L, 317L, Inconel® 625, and other specialty alloys for industrial applications. More customized options can be discussed upon request.

Every pipe spooling system we produce is custom built to order. When you provide your engineering design package, our team converts your P&IDs and plans into detailed isometric fabrication drawings to guide precision shop assembly.
