WHAT WE DO

Douglas Barwick specializes in welded stainless-steel pipe, fittings and accessories.

We produce welded stainless-steel pipe, butt-weld fittings, accessories, and custom spool assemblies for diverse application—ranging from food processing and liquid cooling to heavy industrial process piping, mining, and pulp and paper.

We manufacture pipe ranging in diameter from ¾-inch NPS up to 96 inches, with wall thicknesses spanning light-wall Schedule 10S and heavy-wall spools (14 gauge / 0.083″ to 0.500″). While 304L and 316L stainless steel are our primary grades, our metallurgical expertise extends to performance alloys including Duplex, Super Duplex, Hastelloy®, AL-6XN®, and Inconel® 625.

Welded stainless steel offers distinct advantages for modern process engineering. Produced via a continuous-run forming and longitudinal welding, welded stainless pipe delivers faster lead times, tighter dimensional tolerances, improved wall concentricity, longer continuous lengths, and cost efficiencies – especially across light-wall and large-diameter applications.
